Refund policy
Purchases may be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in unworn condition, in original packaging with tags attached. All discounted items are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

You will be responsible for any charges in shipping to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item is damaged and you would prefer an exchange, you do not need to return your item(s), but you must provide a photo of the damaged item and box. Please send your image(s) of damaged items to westieweens@outlook.com with your order number and name in the body of the email.
